2. Description of services

The Website provides information about WerHatteWas / WhatWasYours, a service for fairly splitting restaurant bills, and allows restaurants to pre-register before the service launches. Use of the Website is free of charge. The service itself is in preparation; the Website does not constitute a binding commitment regarding features, conditions, or launch date.

3. Restaurant pre-registration

Pre-registration is a non-binding expression of interest. It does not oblige you or us to enter into a contract. Announced conditions (such as founding partner discounts) may change until a separate agreement is concluded. You may withdraw your pre-registration at any time by email.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, design) is protected by copyright. Any use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our prior written consent.

5. Availability and warranty

The Website is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability or freedom from errors. We may change, supplement, or remove content at any time.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular for injury to life, body, or health. Beyond that, liability for the free use of this Website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with effect for the future, for example in case of changes to the services offered or the legal situation. The version published on the Website at the time applies.

8. Governing law, final provisions

The law of the State of Florida, USA applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
