2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, Vercel processes technically necessary server log data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL, and your browser user agent. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably). Processing may take place in the USA; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used in addition.

3. Restaurant pre-registration

On the restaurants page you can pre-register for our service without obligation. We process the data you provide: restaurant name, contact person, email address, city, country, and an optional message.

This data is used solely to inform you about the launch of the service and your conditions as a founding partner. It is stored in our database at Supabase. To confirm your registration we send you an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in) via the email provider Resend. Your registration only becomes effective after confirmation; unconfirmed entries are deleted.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by sending an informal email to the address above. Your data is stored until you withdraw your consent or the purpose of the pre-registration no longer applies, and is then deleted.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, and loads no external fonts. No data is processed for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.

5. Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:
